Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Hey everyone!  It's that time again for the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  And because STAMPlorations is a sponsor again, a bunch of us STAMP girls made some cards for the hop.  Shery and the other designers have come up with some fabulous new coffee themed stamp sets and dies.  I got to use the set designed by Shirley.  It's awesome!  It's called Brew-tiful Day.  Take a look...

And this is what I made with it...

First, I stamped my coffee cup in Walnut Stain Distress ink then created a mask for it and covered it up.  Then I created a circle mask around that.  Using the Plaid Maker stencil I sponged on Peacock Feathers and Mowed Lawn Distress ink. Lovely, bright, Springtime colours. Love that stencil!!  I removed the masks and then stamped the sentiment in black.  Love how this turned out.
